Free-of-Charge Site Pre-Inspection Service

1. Eligibility:
1.1 Offered only to first-time customers, based solely on the Contractor’s records (property address, phone number, customer name). Duplicate information will disqualify eligibility.
1.2 Only for self-owned residential properties
1.3 Exclude leak affected unit of inter-parcel leaking in condominium, and apartment units.

2. Non-Transferability:
2.1 The service cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for other services.

3. Scope of Inspection:
3.1 Limited to assessing roof and/or pipe leaks, or other jobs within Contractors’ capability.
3.2 Not to perform inspections to assess the quality of work performed by another contractor.
3.3 Not to involve into dispute with neighbour.
3.4 Fee applied to produce report in formal format.

4. Leakage Points:
4.1 Covers up to three (3) leaking points. Fee will be applied to additional leaking points.

5. Scheduling & Operations:
5.1 Appointments are at the Contractor’s discretion and available during normal working hours and within designated service areas. Fee will be applied to appointment on public holiday, Sunday, non-working hour.

6. Not Eligibility of Free-of-Charge Site Pre-Inspection Service
6.1 In the situation the Customer does not meet above mentioned requirement for free-of-charge site pre-inspection service, a reasonable checking fee will be applied. Please confirm the fee with the Contractor.

7. Customer Responsibilities:
7.1 Provide full cooperation, including access to all relevant areas and necessary information.
7.2 Ensure unrestricted property access and clear pathways for materials and personnel.
7.3 Offer utilities (electricity, water) at no charge.
7.4 Remove or relocate personal property, vehicles, and obstacles in the work area.
7.5 Keep pets, children, and others away during inspection.
7.6 Notify the Contractor of any sensitive areas or hazards requiring special attention.
7.8 Appoint a primary contact to communicate updates of quotation status and instructions.

8. Failure to Fulfil Responsibilities:
8.1 The Contractor may cancel the pre-inspection if the Customer does not meet responsibilities (Item 7) upon Contractor’s arrival, the Contractor will cancel the appointment and RM 300.00 will be payable by the Customer
